Our production capabilities are Continuous Casting, Vacuum Induction Melting (VIM), Vacuum Arc Re-Melting (VAR), Forging and Rolling.

The foundry in Plzen-Edelstahl is equipped with a vacuum induction and open induction furnace, each with a crucible volume of 1.000-2.500 kg. These furnaces are primarily used to produce castings and molded nickel alloys, which are a major part of the Plzen-Edelstahl production portfolio.

An important part of the use of furnaces is the service we offer to our partners, especially from the metalworking industry. For them, we provide reprocessing of non-ferrous metals, such as manufacturing residues, shavings, shavings and other metal scrap.

We also offer cooperation in the form of short and long-term coverage of insufficient capacities in other foundries.
